Michael B.
Dye
Michael B. Dye graduated from
California State University in Los Angeles, California. He attended Willamette
University College of Law and received his Doctor of Jurisprudence in 1970.

He
established the Law Offices of Michael B. Dye in 1970 and worked with Cesar
Chavez in Oregon. He has represented the Hispanic community with personal
injury, workers compensation and immigration concerns for the past
thirty-nine years.
Mike is a member of the Oregon State Bar
and is licensed to practice in Oregon State Courts, the Federal District Court
of Oregon, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of the
United States. He is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers
Association, American Association of Justice, and the Oregon Trial Lawyers
Association, where he was on their Board of Governors. He is also past chairman
of the Board of Directors for Capitol Health Care, an early successful HMO that
was designed to provide affordable health care and reducing escalating medical
costs. In 2006, he was awarded a Community Partnership award from Oregon Law
Center/Woodburn Legal Aid for a long term commitment to protecting the rights
of Hispanics in the community.
When he is not practicing law, Mike
raises exotic animals including camels and zebras with his wife Carol.
